I lived in one of Cathy's properties for about 2 years, and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a place to live. The rent was fair and competitive, and the property was well maintained. She was responsive to the inevitable issues that popped up, gave early notice of service providers coming over, and always alerted you to things to be mindful of (e.g. very cold weather, neighborhood incidents, etc). The professionalism of her and her team stood out above the other property managers I've worked with in the past. The only reason I left was due to a job in another city, and if Cathy had properties in that city I'd have rented from her again. Finally, I was given great instructions on the move out procedure and received my full deposit back in a short period of time. All in all a great experience, and I felt compelled to share my experience and recommend Cathy and her company to any in need of professional and trustworthy property managers.
